Health & Wellness Program

Outreach Worker for Transportation, School and Forms Advocacy Services provides transportation to medical and dental care for dozens of low income clients each month, assistance in completing Medicaid and SharedCare applications, advocacy in the schools for children. Our worker has known the indigent population of the northern part of Horry County all her life and has a trusting relationship with the population.

Special Medical Needs Durable medical supplies and disposables such as liquid nutrition and adult disposable diapers are given to SOS and distributed by SOS to patients that cannot afford to purchase them. We purchase when necessary some life-sustaining supplies.
